It has modern quality control equipment, including spectrometer, tensile force, impact strength, hardness, three-dimensional inspection, contour, projector and other high-precision inspection.

We have a team of 15 quality engineers and inspectors to perform the first article, MIL-105E sampling and 100% inspection, and to keep traceable reports.

Possess the technology of designing and calibrating measuring tools, and conduct standard water pressure and steam pressure supply valve side tests.

Provide delivery reports such as standard chemical composition, material properties, non-destructive testing, three-dimensional, TS-16949 PPAP, SPC/CPK inspection statistical analysis, etc.
